Welcome to North denes Seedlings Nursery

At Seedlings our aim is to equip children with the necessary skills to become motivated, resilient and independent learners.

We aim to;

• Provide a happy, safe and stimulating environment for all children to play, learn and develop freely.
• Help children to develop responsibility for themselves and to become confident and independent individuals.
• Encourage children to have positive attitudes and respect for themselves and the wider community.
• Promote positive relationships with Parents and Carers and offer an inclusive service open to all children in the community.

• A team of staff that are experienced well trained and have access to relevant, up to date training.
• Giving the children the freedom to choose their learning environment by offering free flow to indoor and outdoor play.

Parent involvement

Parents are an integral part of their children’s learning and at Seedling we try to make sure we listen and respond to the views and concerns parents may have. We also strive to keep parents informed of their children’s learning, achievements and any concerns through Tapestry, discussions and parent meetings. We encourage parents to be active in their child’s learning and welcome their input, as this is invaluable.
