Thank you to all the children, parents and staff who donated food for the Salvation Army food bank as part of our harvest festival. There was an impressive amount of food, so much so that the 2 cars collecting it struggled to make it out of our carpark!
Pupils and staff dressed up in 1930’s clothing on 16th October and participated in activities linked to the era to celebrate our school’s 80th birthday. All pupils will receive a commemorative mug to mark this special occasion.

Although the wind was a bit chilly, the school enjoyed a rain-free sports’ day watched by many parents on the field.
This week chess club had parents in to watch the children play and to help them prepare for their up coming semi-finals. Thank you to the parents who attended, the children really enjoyed it!
